Project:
Leadership and culture development
Result:
2x improvement in team retention
What we did:
Conducted leadership workshops and coaching
Aligned values and vision

Client background
Orbis Health is a multi-site healthcare organization providing integrated medical services to diverse patient communities. As the organization grew in size and complexity, leadership recognized the need to strengthen its internal culture and leadership capabilities to support collaboration, accountability, and long-term performance.
Objective
The objective was to drive a positive culture shift, develop stronger leadership alignment, and embed behaviors that support engagement, performance, and patient-centered care across the organization.
Challenges faced
Orbis Health faced several people and leadership-related challenges, including:
Inconsistent leadership styles across departments
Limited cross-team collaboration
Low engagement and change fatigue among staff
Lack of a shared vision and leadership framework

Approach
We began with a culture and leadership assessment, including leadership interviews and employee feedback. Our team defined a clear cultural vision, established leadership principles, and designed targeted development programs. We also supported leaders through workshops and coaching to reinforce new behaviors and ensure sustainable change.
Client feedback
“Execo helped us align our leaders and create a culture that truly supports our people and patients. The change has been felt across the organization, from leadership teams to frontline staff.”
Results
The culture and leadership initiative delivered meaningful outcomes:
Stronger leadership alignment and accountability
Improved employee engagement and collaboration
Clearer communication and shared values
A more resilient, performance-driven culture
Together, these outcomes created a unified leadership culture that empowers people at every level. By aligning behaviors, values, and accountability, the organization is now better equipped to sustain performance, navigate change, and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for both patients and staff.
